The Māori Trustee invites proposals for 21 blocks due to expire 31 August 2010 and situated as follows:-
- 2 Lavenham Road (Toreohaua lane), Waituhi
- 4 Dunstan Road, Matawhero
- 12 Tuaraki, Whakato and Papatu Roads and SH 2, Manutuke
- 3 Waiapu Road, SH 35, Tolaga Bay
Croppable Area - Approximately 155.5136 hectares. No double cropping and winter cropping. Development required on one block - trees need felling.
Commencement date will be 1 September 2010. Proposals should include your term, conditions, annual rental plus Māori Trustee commission of 7.5% (plus GST on commission only) and payment of rates direct to Gisborne District Council.
