While the size of land blocks and their potential uses vary widely, Māori Trustee is committed to working with all our owner groups support them in developing plans for making the most of their assets.
In Hamilton, the team from the local Māori Trustee office wanted to reach a greater number of their clients so they organised a workshop about strategic plans for the owners of 34 land blocks. As a result of the workshop, 14 groups of owners have decided to take the next step and work with consultants to draft strategic plans for their land and assets.
By providing the necessary tools and support, Māori Trustee is making sure the landowners consider all the potential possibilities and make informed decisions about the future of their land.
