Owners’ meetings

The Māori Trustee organisation holds around 500 meetings with owners each year.  As well as being an essential part of a trustee’s obligations, meetings are a way for owners to hear and see the latest information about their land, to discuss options and plans for the future and to be part of decision-making.

We aim to hold a meeting for most blocks every three to five years.

Meetings are generally held near the land block, though we also hold meetings in centres where many owners live to give more owners a chance to participate.

If you are an owner in a land block administered by Māori Trustee, and we have your contact details, you will be notified about a meeting at least two weeks in advance.

You can also see what meetings are coming up in the Owners’ Meeting schedule.
